Your employer negotiates a specific contract with the health insurance company.

If you have coverage, you pay Ezreena directly, she will give you an official receipt and then you upload it to your health insurance company for reimbursement.

There is no direct-billing to health insurance plans.

Ezreena is a Registered Masters Therapeutic Counsellor (MTC), with Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). Licence is #1035.

She is a registered counsellor, not a registered psychologist.

Ezreena has an updated Criminal Record Check in order to provide counselling services to youth and this is sometimes a requirement of a health insurance plan.
